I bought a loaf, and it was perfectly crusty on the outside while soft and airy inside. It paired beautifully with my homemade soup. The pastries look divine, especially the fruit tarts, which were just bursting with flavour. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, suggesting a few of their best-sellers. The only thing I wish is that they had more vegan options, as I would love to see what they could create.
